Under the "Tools" menu, select "Add-ons". In the popup window, click once on the Flipclock application and then click the "Uninstall" button.

Flipclock currently only sits on the status bar at the bottom of the browser. I would like to provide the option to move it to the menu bar.

Shawn, if you downloaded Flipclock from the Firefox Web site (or through the Add Ons popup window in your browser or from this Web page) you will not get any viruses from it. The code doesn't contain any executable files, it just uses images and text files that Firefox reads and interprets. If you do have an issue with viruses, I do recommend downloading a free virus tool such as Microsoft Security Essentials or Spybot.

Hello!
I LOVED your clock!
It's getting the job done in such an elegant way and it's also nice that you can change it altogether to a completely different feel.
I love the desings, the options.
Not very crowded but very efficient!
Absolutely brilliant!
THANK YOU!

Respect&Love
peki.

@Robert
The clock isn't Java-based. It is written in XUL (pronounced zool), which is a language a little like HTML with some JavaScript thrown in. Firefox itself is written in XUL. All Firefox add ons are written in XUL, but some have some Java code mixed in. FlipClock doesn't need Java.

@Christopher Ditto

Is your clock Java based? I seem to be having trouble with Java apps through Firefox, so it might not be your program. I'm not sure what the problem is. Flagfox and the analog clock tool aren't working, but Weather.com's add-on is. I'm having trouble with Java driven message and mail pages at school.

Something's screwed up, but I don't think it's your clock anymore. It may be Java, Firefox, or my machine.

We'll see.

(really cool clock, by the way.)
